Avec Busching, Herth+Buss mise sur l’équipement de garages
Le groupe Herth+Buss officialise l’acquisition de Busching, spécialiste du matériel et de l’équipement de garages. Ce rachat s’inscrit dans la volonté stratégique de l’équipementier allemand d’enrichir son portefeuille produits pour les professionnels de l’après-vente.
"Nous sommes ravis de collaborer avec Busching, dont le savoir-faire en matière de technologie de mesure et de test s'accorde parfaitement avec notre offre existante", déclare Holger Drewing, directeur général de Herth+Buss. Ce dernier précise que ce rapprochement permettra aux deux entreprises de se renforcer mutuellement sur un marché très concurrentiel.
Busching veut grandir à l’international avec Herth+Buss
Bien que rattachée à Herth+Buss, Busching conservera sa marque et ses opérations en toute autonomie. L’entreprise, qui bénéficie de plus de 55 ans d’expertise dans son secteur, continuera d’opérer de manière indépendante sous son propre nom. Elle maintiendra, en outre, son site à Halstenbek, près de Hambourg.
Andreas Busching, directeur général de Busching, voit notamment en cette alliance une opportunité d'expansion à l'échelle nationale et internationale. "Nos clients peuvent être assurés que nous continuerons à fournir la même qualité de service, tout en élargissant notre offre", conclut-il.
