Norauto dématérialise la publicité papier avec Armis
Fondée en 2016 par Dan Gomplewic et David Baranes, Armis répond à un enjeu crucial de notre époque en s'attaquant à la réduction de la consommation de papier. En s'appuyant sur des outils de géolocalisation, de programmatique et de machine learning, la jeune pousse permet en premier lieu de dématérialiser les campagnes publicitaires si gourmandes en prospectus.
Leclerc, Intermarché, Casino, Fnac Darty, Leroy Merlin…
"On ne doit pas opposer la publicité papier et la publicité digitale. Je ne crois pas que la seconde soit amenée à remplacer complètement la première. Les deux me semblent complémentaires, souligne en préambule Dan Gomplewicz. Ceci étant, il y a un mouvement de fond qui s'opère dans le monde du commerce et, si certaines enseignes sont plus en avance que d'autres, il y a une prise de conscience globale sur l'importance de diminuer le papier et sur les atouts qu'offre le digital".
L'un dans l'autre, Armis a trouvé son public. Avec son équipe de 85 collaborateurs, la société rayonne sur la France et l'Europe du Sud, touchant des enseignes d'horizons variés (E. Leclerc, Intermarché, Casino, Fnac Darty, Leroy Merlin…) avec un procédé désormais rodé. "D'abord, on récolte les besoins du client, ensuite on analyse ces mêmes besoins en fonction de chaque point de vente et, enfin, on optimise la cible locale", précise le cofondateur.
Les petits cercles font les grandes réussites
Gage alors aux algorithmes d'Armis d'affiner le travail. Grâce à Google et d'autres sites internet, la société sait approximativement combien de clients potentiels pourront être touchés localement par une campagne. Pour aller encore plus loin, un ciblage comportemental (telle personne ayant déjà fréquenté tel point de vente) et commercial (tel client ayant déjà acheté dans telle enseigne) est réalisé par les robots.
Quant à la partie géographique, Armis s'appuie sur sa solution GeoCircling. L'outil "le plus précis du marché" qui, sans utiliser de cookies et dans le respect du RGPD, permet de cibler avec précision les campagnes. "La méthode de ciblage classique a deux défauts majeurs : d'une part elle propose une zone de diffusion trop large, pas forcément adaptée, et d'autre part elle peut prendre en compte plusieurs magasins d'une même enseigne dans une même zone. Avec GeoCircling, on définit de petits cercles directement autour du point de vente", ajoute Dan Gomplewicz.
Des campagnes pluri-médias
Une solution qui optimise la démarche, élimine tout risque de concurrence interne au sein d'une même enseigne et limite la déperdition de clients non concernés. "Pour une campagne de 600 magasins à travers la France, GeoCircling crée automatiquement 12 000 cercles. Une opération effectuée de bout en bout en un clic, et qui mettra environ 2h à se déployer", donne en exemple Armis. Le dirigeant juge ainsi sa solution fiable à hauteur de 80 %.
Dans le secteur automobile, le savoir-faire de la société a notamment séduit Norauto qui s'appuie sur elle depuis le printemps 2021. Initié par trois adhérents, ce partenariat a ensuite été étendu à tout le réseau franchisé (131 points de vente). Chaque implantation profite ainsi de campagnes pluri-médias diffusées sur Google, Facebook, Waze ou sous forme de bannières publicitaires. Tout ceci renvoie l'internaute vers une vitrine digitale conçue spécialement pour le centre en question. Pratique mais aussi économique et écologique, la solution proposée par Armis coûte en moyenne deux fois moins chère qu'une campagne papier et s'avère 45 fois moins émettrice en gaz à effet de serre.
