Eurorepar Car Service n°1 en Russie
Avec 270 adhérents, Eurorepar Car Service est devenue la première enseigne de réparation russe. Le groupe Stellantis a conquis cette place moins de trois ans après son arrivée sur le quatrième marché automobile européen. Une performance notable pour le réseau français qui évolue dans un environnement compliqué, qui avait poussé Norauto (groupe Mobivia) à s’en retirer en 2019, après huit ans de présence.
"Dans un contexte économique instable et sur un marché en pleine mutation, les réparateurs ont besoin d’être accompagnés et fédérés sous une enseigne pour aborder au mieux les nouveaux enjeux de l’automobile que sont le digital, la formation sur les nouvelles technologies... Ce besoin est accentué dans des pays comme la Russie, où le parc circulant de 35 millions de véhicules est vieillissant, avec une moyenne d’âge de 10,2 ans", explique Olivier Bardin, directeur monde d'Eurorepar Car Service.
Concept séduisant
Le marché russe reste dominé par les constructeurs locaux et asiatiques (Lada, Kia et Hyundai), aux côtés de poids lourd autochtones de la distribution indépendante (Armtek, Rossko et Shate-M), avec des pure players occupant une place inégalée en Occident (34 % de part de marché en 2019). Mais le catalogue multimarque Eurorepar, associé à sa logistique et à ses services (soutien technique, marketing, etc.) semble avoir séduit les réparateurs indépendants. L’enseigne leur permet ainsi de se positionner en one-stop-shop.
La Russie et la Biélorussie ne sont d'ailleurs les seuls pays où le réseau progresse rapidement. A l’international, 340 garages l’ont rejoint en moins de dix mois. L'enseigne s’est aussi déployée dans trois nouveaux états d’Europe centrale en 2021 : la Hongrie, la République Tchèque et la Finlande. Elle compte maintenant 1 420 garages en France, 708 en Espagne, 430 en Allemagne, 427 en Italie, plus de 1 200 en Chine.
