Du nouveau pour les poids lourds chez Varta
Alors que les nouvelles réglementations de protection de l’environnement modifient le marché du transport, Varta a décidé de revoir entièrement son offre de produits destinée aux poids lourds.
La marque du groupe Clarios a en effet adapté sa gamme ProMotive en fonction de l’application, du nombre de consommateurs électriques et du type de trajet effectué par le véhicule. La gamme comprend désormais 8 segments : les camions, les véhicules de livraison, les véhicules agricoles, les véhicules de construction, les bus et cars, les véhicules municipaux et les véhicules de pompiers.
Et pour mieux répondre aux attentes de ses clients, le fabricant de batteries a, en outre, lancé son portail Varta Truck, à destination des gestionnaires de parcs PL. Ce dernier comprend notamment un outil de sélection de batteries et de mesure de TCO (coût total de possession) pour aider ses utilisateurs à faire un choix éclairé. La plateforme contient également une base de connaissances pour mieux comprendre le rôle des batteries et les technologies développées sur le marché. Enfin, elle livre des conseils pour optimiser les performances des véhicules ainsi que l’entretien des batteries.
