A+Glass veut encore densifier son réseau
"Notre objectif est de recruter 30 centres de plus dans le réseau. C'est une demande de nos franchisés", annonce Marie-Pierre Tanugi de Jongh, présidente du directoire d'A+Glass. Pourquoi ? Afin de réduire leur zone de chalandise de 50 à 30 kilomètres. Parce que, "entre 2019 et 2023, nous sommes passés de 50 à 65 % de pose mobile de vitrage. Car nous avons beaucoup œuvré pour promouvoir ce service et cela est entré dans les mœurs… Mais paradoxalement, entre la hausse des coûts du carburant et les épisodes météorologique – grêle et canicule – les centres ne profitent pas financièrement de cette offre", explique Pierre Perez, fondateur et membre du directoire de l'enseigne.
Commerce responsable
Néanmoins, la franchise se porte bien. Elle compte maintenant plus de 500 membres, implantés jusqu'en Corse, dans les Antilles et à La Réunion. Ceux-ci ont atteint 100 millions d'euros d'intervention en 2022.
Leur enseigne a obtenu la médaille d'or EcoVadis 2023 pour sa stratégie RSE (responsabilité sociale et environnementale). Cette certification récompense ses efforts dans les domaines du recyclage, de la réduction de l'empreinte environnementale, du commerce responsable et du bien-être des salariés. Par exemple, A+Glass s'assure auprès de ses fournisseurs que les produits utilisés sont sûrs et sécurisés pour ses techniciens.

Les dirigeants d'A+Glass sont heureux d'annoncer à leurs partenaires assureurs que le taux de satisfaction de ses clients atteint 99 % (d'après les avis vérifiés d'Allogarage). Pour maintenir cette qualité, ils restent donc exigeants sur leurs recrutements. "Les nouveaux entrants doivent déjà être à niveau et équipés pour réparer les véhicules récents. Nous recherchons donc des professionnels de l'auto, dynamiques, réactifs, courtois et prêts à se remettre en question pour s'adapter aux standards du réseau", affirme Marie-Pierre Tanugi de Jongh.
Plus de la moitié des rendez-vous en ligne
Pour s'adapter aux évolutions technologiques dans l'automobile, ils devront aussi continuer à se former. "Nous poursuivons les traditionnelles formations administratives et commerciales pour les agents d'accueil… Mais depuis 2019, nous nous recentrons fortement sur la technique pour rester à niveau. Par exemple, même si les véhicules électriques représentent moins de 10 % des sinistres, nous devons aussi être capable de les réparer", souligne la présidente du directoire. La dernière session de formation obligatoire en date concerne l'utilisation de produits contenant des isocyanates. Tous les réparateurs du réseau ont été obligés de la suivre pour assurer leur sécurité.

Côté marché, les habitudes des clients évoluent aussi. Désormais 60 % des rendez-vous sont pris en ligne. La densité du réseau leur permet ainsi de choisir le lieux et l'heure qui les intéressent. Parallèlement, cela permet au réparateur de s'assurer en amont de disposer des bonnes références pour assurer la prestation.
Par ailleurs, si la sinistralité baisse – notamment pour les optiques (-3 %) – les pièces concernées sont de plus en plus chères. Conséquence : de plus en plus de responsables de flottes ne déclarent plus leurs impacts aux assureurs. Les réparateurs doivent donc être attentifs lorsqu'ils inspectent les parcs, afin de repérer et réparer les impacts, pour éviter qu'ils se transforment en bris de glace. Car, "les responsables de flottes préfèrent régler les réparations eux-mêmes, pour ne pas avoir à déclarer 20 sinistres par mois à leur assurance. Ils veulent ainsi éviter un effet multiplicateur qui peut-être important sur un parc de 200 véhicules".
