Alliance Automotive unifie ses opérations outre-Rhin. Le groupe adopte la marque AAG pour l'ensemble de ses activités, remplaçant ainsi les enseignes historiques (Coler, Busch, Hennig, etc.). Ce rebranding vise à clarifier l'identité de l'organisation sur le marché germanique, où elle opère désormais avec un réseau de 90 sites.

GPC voit son chiffre d’affaires progresser de 4,5 % en 2023
Genuine Parts Company (GPC) vient de publier ses résultats pour l’exercice 2023. Et ils sont plutôt satisfaisants pour la maison mère d’Alliance Automotive dont le chiffre d’affaires s’est élevé à 23,1 milliards de dollars (+4,5 %). Le groupe entend toutefois optimiser son efficacité opérationnelle dans les prochaines années avec un plan de restructuration.
LKQ et GPC : bilans contrastés pour 2022
En 2022, les deux géants de la pièce de rechange ont su maintenir la barre malgré un contexte économique très particulier. Si LKQ a su préserver sa rentabilité, GPC affiche un chiffre d'affaires en forte progression.

La maison mère d’Alliance Automotive Group a vu ses ventes augmenter de 17,8 % au 3e trimestre 2022 par rapport à la même période de l'année précédente. Genuine Parts Company (GPC) affiche un chiffre d'affaires de 5,7 milliards de dollars, dont 3,5 milliards pour le seul secteur automobile.
